1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

To access most features of the lj99 Platform, including depositing funds and participating in games, you are required to register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and such other information as lj99 may require from time to time.

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) lj99 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

lj99 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, to verify the identity of all registered players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

As part of the KYC process, lj99 may request copies of the following documents, among others:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID);

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited;
• lj99 does not accept payments made in any currency other than Philippine Peso (PHP);
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per account, as displayed in your account wallet;

lj99 will not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals using supported Philippine payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction limits.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

lj99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

7 Gameplay Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lj99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the lj99 Platform or any Content thereon.

lj99 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. lj99 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and integrity of the Platform but accepts no liability for any interruptions, errors, or outages.

lj99's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your lj99 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

lj99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. 13 Account Suspension & Termination

lj99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules;
• lj99 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order of a regulatory authority, court, or government agency;
• lj99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more.

Upon lawful termination of your account, lj99 will return any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to applicable AML and KYC review. In cases of termination due to fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, lj99 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and may refer matters to relevant law enforcement authorities.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, your use of the lj99 Platform, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the lj99 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which the parties hereby designate as the exclusive venue for any legal proceedings.

In relation to gaming disputes specifically, players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution process, consistent with PAGCOR's regulatory oversight of lj99's operations.
